I've sent my CV and the 200-word answer about how I achieved their core value.
(I attended a university on their list, so it could be an advantage although I didn't apply through school recruitment office. I had little working experience but still get the first-round interview, so I guess the criteria is not extremely strict in the initial steps)
I got invitation for an AVA interview exactly 2 weeks later. I am still preparing for the interview.

very swift and seamless. The interview process was quick and efficient with constant communication for the team and the recruiter as well. I heard back quick after each interview section.
walk through of the resume. basic resume questions. why this role. what skills do u need for this role. why do u think u will be a good fit. what are some technical skills that you have
Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
