I filled out an application online which was less complicated than others I've seen. I had a request about 2 weeks later to submit a video interview. The video interview took about 5-10 minutes and was relatively simple, though it is essential to prepare beforehand and look at some questions you may need to answer in 30 seconds to 1 minute. Less than 24 hours later, I had a request to conduct a 1 on 1 interview in the office. THe interview was thorough and comprehensive, bordering nearly 2 hours, and I met with a random associate, who questioned me extensively about my CV. I felt that some of the questions were a bit unnecessary and did not speak much about the job requirements. I also felt uncomfortable because the interviewer was at times prying into personal affairs. All in all, I felt that the interview session was too long and too personal, considering the fact that they also had to switch in an additional interviewer to test my language skills.
