The first round was a 15-minute chat with a recruiter where they tested that I had reviewed the preparation materials and asked fundamental behavioural questions. The second round was a case study with a manager who tested preparation and my ability to apply my thinking to an example scenario. Coachability and adaptability were assessed. Third round was a rigorous behavioural interview. They had a highly responsive recruitment team, good timeline, and a overall satisfactory process.
