Interview
They received my application and sent me a personality quiz, which was pretty comprehensive. After that they scheduled a video recorded interview which was different but was easy to accomplish. You go to their link and they ask you four questions and you record your response on a webcam. They give you 5 seconds to gather your thoughts and up to 1 minute to answer. Kind of awkward at first but convenient.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
Good so far but the case study requiring you to already do the work for them, not ideal as while I am in agreement when it comes to testing skills however I did think it was too much given also the fact that I am also in another job.
