Interview
The interview process is quite long compared to any other interview process I have gone through. I was approached on LinkedIn by one of the executives and had a first quick video call with one of the more junior recruiters, followed by a behavioral interview ca 30 minutes etc. I think by now everyone knows the steps. What I found odd was that I was told in the initial short video call that if I wanted to apply now, I could go ahead. Personally I thought I was already in the interview processes since I was approached and agreed to the interview. They also forgot to get back to me and I had to follow up myself. To be honest tt seemed a bit like they just wanted to increase the number of applicants to seem more competitive. Please do read the interview information that is sent to you prior to the interview carefully since a lot of the answers can be found here!

- which steps of the BREAD process are you most/least excited about - what do you think would be the tasks and responsibility of working in this role - how do you motivate yourself in the things you are not as excited about - can you think of a project where you failed and learned something valuable - can you think of a situation where you thought convincing someone of you view point/ opinion would have been beneficial to the outcome - how did you get into the role you are currently in - how would you compare AlphaSights to regular consultancies and why would you rather work for AlphaSights - why did you choose the master that you chose - what is your long run career goal - what does success look like to you
Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Describe a situation in which you had to work under pressure.
The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
