I had a 30-minute video call with the recruiter followed by a take-home coding challenge that required 5-10 hours to complete. Additionally, they scheduled another interview before the challenge was completed to discuss what life is like at AlphaSights. A day or two after submitting my coding challenge, I was notified that the position had been filled. It was a shame that I had to do a lengthy coding challenge when the position was just days from being filled.
