Interview
The interview was primarily behavioral, with a strong emphasis on discussing my resume in detail. The questions focused on my past experiences, key achievements, and how they align with the firm's values, culture, and expectations. The interviewer was particularly interested in understanding how my skills and background would contribute to the role and whether there was a strong mutual fit between my professional journey and the firm's mission.

Go over the resume and the time where leadership is showcased.
Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Interview
It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.
