Interview
There are a few stages.
1. You have to complete a personality test.
2. You have to do an online on-demand interview (recording your answers to questions)
3. A case study with an actual interview (I didn't manage to get to that satge)
Overall, the process for the firat 2 steps was simple and not complicated.

Question 1
They asked what AphaSights is. In their prep materials, they mentioned that there are a lot of misconceptions about the nature of the business of company. So they actually gave all the information in these materials. I suppose it was to check how well you worked with the sources they provided.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

Interview
The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
