Interview
First and third round interviews were very similar as they were behavioral in nature. Second round was case and required in depth research on AlphaSights as a firm. Third round interviewer did a full in depth dive into my resume and went into details about my activities and linkedIn.
Was very smooth, there's an AI video interview portion, then first round with HR, second round interview that's more technical, and third round interview with a VP that's mostly behavioral.

Question 1
Why AlphaSights over other companies in sales, consulting, data, etc.
After an AI screening interview the first round of interview is with a senior recruiter that takes about 30 minutes. Many behavioral questions that feels very fast paced. Mostly focusing on your college experiences like classes you took and enjoyed or why you choose your college and major specifically.

1st round was an online recording interview. 2nd round was with a recruiter and was a behavior based interview, 3rd round was a case interview. The final round was a behavioral based interview asking some basic questions about you.
