Altec Industries Engineering Co-Op interview questions

The guys that interviewed me were very laid back, and focused on the culture, and described in depth to me each department's responsibility to production. They were direct in the expectations of the positions available and explained that there was a two month learning curve for interns. They made it clear that it was not an easy job per se, however these guys were very easy to talk to and discuss the details of the trucks with.

Met recruiter at the career fair and we spoke. Received a phone call for onsite interview. Didn't hear again till 2-3 weeks later. They were late and a bit disorganized with the hiring process.
