Submitted a resume through LinkedIn and reached out directly to the Global TA Director. 2 weeks later she called to schedule interview. After initial screen I never heard another word in spite of email and calling her multiple times. The same position, as well as 2 others are still open after over 2 months. Thinking I might have dodged a bullet.
