Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Requested a "chat" about opportunities as a Value Engineer. Didn't send a job description and didn't request a resume. Proceeded to conduct the "chat" as an interview and remarked that they expected me to be prepared for an interview,. Awful experience. Totally caught off guard.
