This interview process was nothing short of a joke. I went through two rounds of technical interviews, and shockingly, both interviewers asked the exact same set of questions. It’s clear there was no communication or coordination among the team, which shows a complete lack of professionalism.
Is this how you treat experienced candidates? Repeating questions instead of digging into actual skills or experience just wastes everyone's time. It’s ridiculous that a company can’t even organize its interview process properly. If this is how you run interviews, I dread to think what it's like working there.
Candidates, if you end up in this situation, just treat it as a mock interview. Don’t waste your energy on companies that don’t value your time or expertise.
