I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Altimetrik (Bengaluru)
Interview
4 rounds of interview before releasing the offer letter. 3 out of which were technical and 1 with hiring manager. They said there would be 2 more client rounds after I accepted the offer. I have never seen any company that needs so many interviews to assess the candidate's capabilities. Also, it's not like the interviews have variety. It's the same questions, by different people so kinda meaningless and an utter waste of time. Also, their HR will call you and pretend that they are hiring for Amazon/ Flipkart etc and try to extract information about you. How do I know that? Because during my negotiation, the HR mentioned a fact that I had never mentioned to them but had shared with a recruiter who had claimed to be hiring for "Amazon". I did not take the offer because I don't need such mind games and also because after 4 rounds of interviews, they gave me a lowball offer. They were willing to renegotiate it when I refused, but I don't haggle my salary. I'm not a bag of potato.
