If you know how to dance in front of them, you'd be definitely selected and even given a cash prize!! Their method of interview process is pathetic!! It takes an entire day and they present a very vague form recruitment process. Even the interviewers do not know what's going on in the process. There's no clear cut on what parameters you would be judged. They make the candidates dance in front of them and believe me a girl dance decently well and she came out to be the top in the merit list. My point is that they adopted a very poor process of judging a technical candidate's ability. It was a nightmare experience. Many of the candidates went home in between. And heck, it took 10 hours for them to recruit. It was such a wasteful day and the experience was pathetic!!
