The interview process consisted of two technical rounds — the first handled by an experienced employee and the second by the team lead. The questions were focused on core technical concepts. While the first round was conducted professionally, my experience in the second round with Kalidoss Shanmugham, the Lead at Altimetrik, was extremely disappointing. His behavior throughout the interview was disrespectful and discouraging. Rather than engaging in a constructive technical discussion, he repeatedly belittled my efforts and displayed an unwarranted superiority complex. It was evident that he lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism expected from someone in a leadership role. Based on this interaction, I would decline any offer from this organization, as working under such management would be neither healthy nor motivating.
