They just doing time pass, two times I got cleared hacker rank test and then interview and after that no response. They called electric city office on promise same day they will give offer. And after selection make waited for a week and then they are telling you didn't clear the absolutely ridiculous.

I had given a few rounds of interviews, all of which went well. Despite following up, I did not hear back from the company. Later, another HR representative contacted me and asked for my details. When I inquired about the previous interview rounds, he mentioned that he was not aware of them and was approaching me on behalf of another client. He took my details again and promised to send me a test link. During our conversation, he asked if I was from Tamil Nadu. When I told him that I was not, he sounded somewhat disappointed. Consequently, he did not send me the link for the test. It seems clear that this HR representative is lobbying for candidates specifically from Tamil Nadu.
