The hiring process is not a good experience. In the technical interviews, the current employees and manager did not seem to have a great deal of domain knowledge, and there was expectation that you would already have understanding of the terminology and processes they use within the organisation. Moreover, interview questions are intrusive, and ask details which do not seem relevant to the role. It seems very important to them whether you are from Tamil Nadu, and most of the people whom I met there were from the state. HR will put a lot of pressure on you to join the company within 30 days. They will repeatedly call you, and it is difficult to get them to take no for an answer. They do not seem to care much about the profile of the person, rather they just want more people to do the work for them, and may well fire you once the client work dries up.
