First I had an initial interview with HR, introduced myself and talked about my experience. The second stage was a technical interview in English with a developer, thought I did pretty good.
Later I had an interview with a client that appeared to be hard to please because I was "prepared" by Altimetrik people just for that interview, once I was there I discovered why, it was a live coding interview with three USA devs who had the charisma and politeness of a sponge. They would ask me questions while working on their stuff with a poker face, which can make more introverted people like me very nervous.
Needless to say, I didn't get the job for that client, but I was called for an interview with another client and it was left kind of hanging and the people from HR wanted me to do ANOTHER technical interview with their staff and then I decided to drop from the process, since even though Altimetrik wanted me onboard, I had to be accepted by a client before they could hire me.
I really don't understand why some companies let the clients run the company for them, if you want to hire a talented developer just hire him.
