Interview
It started well. There was a face to face to start with which lasted for 2 hours. I fared very well. The very next day there was feedback stating that I had cleared and had to appear for couple more rounds. I had to take leave to appear for the interviews. The first round was with a senior manager and second round with se for director. Both interviews went well. But then started the game, they started saying I was suitable but over qualified... So they want to fit me in a different role. And kept on calling me to their office multiple times. Once I took the whole day leave as there was two rounds of interview scheduled... But only one person turned up who was not at all interested and after 20 minutes gave the same feedback and went away. And only after waiting for another 1 hour I came to know no further round of interview will take place... Then again they called me for a further round of interview which again went well ... Finally after that Uther's no response. All this while I was being told by the HR that all of them have cleared me... And finally after a 10 days of radio silence suddenly came to know they don't have any position for me.
They shouldn't have wasted my time and 3 leaves if there was no position to begin with. I also suspect they had a person selected all along internally... my interview was just fur an eye wash. Over all pathetic experience and I hope others don't fall in to the same trap and water their time.
