This is a company of confused people. They will interview for 5-6 rounds And when you will clear all the round they will end up saying to you or end up ignoring you by saying that the ctc that you asked is not in our budget. I don’t understand when the candidate clear the expectations in the beginning only then why they go ahead and interview the candidates if the ctc is more than what they can offer. I cleared all the 5 rounds Shared all my documents and in the end when they were suppose to release offer letter they said that the ctc expectations is higher than what there budget is. Seriously what kind of organisation it is. They don’t value the efforts and time a person puts in to give interview to listen to all this. I am highly disappointed by the values and ethnic this company has. I recommend everyone to first clear on if they have “budget” and then only go ahead with interviews.

Interview
The interview process has three rounds. One interview with the recruiter, standard one where they present the positition and the company and give you some time to share your experience and ask questions. The second interview is with selected technical people from the team where the position belongs to, where they go deeper in assessing your experience an how it fits into the requirements. The third interview is with the same team manager, this is more focused in challenge your knowledge with situational questions about gathering and handling requirements.

Imagine you are adding a new feature to a travel app, a new button for example. Which questions would you ask to the stakeholders for gathering requirements.
May interviews but pretty straight forward. You will have with many different people part of the team and some technical questions as well. Suprsingly an interview with a psychologist as well

Interview
First, screen call on the phone with HR, then 30 mins HR interview. It was quiet positive, informative and friendly. Second interview was technical round. 2 Possible Managers for your role attended it and asked about basic questions related to your behave and skills towards different scenarios. However after this roud, I did not get any response or feedback. It was rude and unacceptable.
