Applied on Amazon portal and completed 2 proficiency tests. A week later I was notified that I had been invited to complete a virtual interview and asked to complete on further test which was more technical than the previous ones.
I then liaised with the recruiter which gave me a selection of interview dates to choose from. She then provided me with some useful resources to prepare for the interview.
The interview panel involved 3 interviews lasting 30 minutes, each with an Area Managers or Operation Managers, whose names are given to you upon booking the interview date.
I personally found the interview very pleasant and comfortable, which matches Amazon's general social vibe. Each Interviewer will get tasked with asking you questions involving 2 of the Leadership Principles each; from each leadership principle they will branch out and ask you some more questions related to the answer you gave. When answering these remember to utilise the STAR method as much as possible, and place a lot of focus on the results you managed to achieve. If you are able to be relaxed and give good confident answers that relate to Amazon's Leadership Principles, you will greatly enhance your chances of getting the job.
The day after the interview I got a call from an Amazon recruiter informing me that I had been successful and gave me more details about the job and compensation.
