I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Not too hard. OA and then two interviews. Each interview was 30 mins long and they were back to back. OA was super chill, just testing cross communication skills. Nothing to worry about. Never knew my recruiter, which sucked. Very hard to communicate with the recruiting team.
I applied in January 2026 for the Program Manager Internship, Amazon Japan / Amazon Logistics.
I received an interview invitation in April and completed two 1:1 Zoom interviews in English on April 22, 2026.
The process was highly focused on Amazon Leadership Principles and STAR-style behavioral examples.
There was also an interview prep session, which was helpful for understanding the expected structure.
