- 3 hr panel interview with 3 separate ops mangers: Ask questions based on the Amazon leadership principles and expect you to answer in STAR format with good examples

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you ran into an issue. How did you resolve said issue?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
