Complicado, tres entrevistas bastante largas online. Te las hacen personas desde distintos sitios y te valoran ellos. Es un proceso largo luego cada centro te valora según si necesidad y si les cuadras te pillan

Paneles con el método start con diferentes personas de diferentes puestos basada en la cultura de Amazon. Buen proceso de selección, bastante justo y estructurado. En inglés. Recomiendo practicar situaciones con método start.

Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
