CV shortlist and then 4 rounds of interviews
Round1-Was given a case of warehouse management and asked how i would solve it
round2- was asked a few puzzles
round3- was tested on puzzles, technical-core, managerial skills and internship experience
round4(telephonic)- was tested on my core knowledge, and a few HR questions

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
