1. Upload CV and other information on platform
2. Pass test which is basically very easy mathematics problems
3. Digital interview - Film yourself while answering to questions that have been standardised for every applicant
4. Interview with 4 people from Amazon - either on site or remotely, one hour per interviewer

The principles of Amazon - describe a situation(work experience or school project) whereby you demonstrated the capacity to do something that is relating to one of those principles
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
