The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Scottsdale, AZ) in Sep 2016
Interview
I applied online in July and got an e-mail in September. The application involves an online virtual try out and they pick from there. They then fly you out to a location (if you're not within driving distance). The interview is made up of two segments: behavioral and situational. The whole interview process is about 2.5 hours. At the end you just fly right back and get a response in five days.

Question 1
Lots of name me a time when you did this or that questions.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
