I attended an Hiring Fair near the town I live in. There was no interview given. Drug test is given. They really want me to right about an non existence interview. The company does on the spot hiring at this job fair.

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
