I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Moreno Valley, CA) in Jul 2016
Interview
about 4 hours long 4 different people all looking for something different. I was in one room with prepared written responses to scenario questions and performed math on the spot with first interview and discussed how I arrived at each one .. Then I was thrown a random scenario math question using the same information . then I arrived to second interviewer who was a do uche's bag but I was prepared for that , this is apparently a test to see how well you can conduct with presented with critics. third was a hr. representative who asked more employee center questions.. this where you becoming caring and talk about barrier removal for the better good if you get my drift . and the fourth and final was a sr. ops and he asked basic situational questions relating to operations and how you fix a barrier preventing production goals and or dealing with irate associates

Question 1
tell me a time when you disagreed with you supervisor
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
