The process took about a month. Submitted my application online. Heard back from HR a couple weeks later. Interviews consisted of two virtual interviews with operations leaders at a fulfillment center. Basic behavioral question.

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
