Interview
Interview consists of minimum 4 rounds depending on campus hiring or laterals. Focus is mostly to understand one's profile and their work experience. One round focussed on aptitude skills and is taken by person who doesn't work in that role.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
