The hiring process was thankfully brief; Fill out the usual rigamarole online and, barring any huge problems, you'll receive an email a week later. The interview is also very short. If you have been called in for an interview, they'll have a letter of job offer right there waiting.

The questions are the usual fare, and I've done this before, so I wasn't really unprepared.
There wasn’t one. They just.. hire. A little odd but makes sense considering how many people work there and the turnover rate. Can be unsafe in larger cities, but not so bad where I was.
