Interview
About two weeks after I applied, they reached out to me to schedule an interview. The interview was actually two back-to-back 45 minutes interviews, both over video calls. Both interviewers were really friendly and absolutely wanted me to succeed. That being said, they asked really probing questions and didn't tolerate vague answers; often, they would ask a behavioral question ("tell me about a time when you...") and then would continue to probe me about whatever situation I described for 20 minutes. You really need to come with questions to ask them; they both opened it up to questions twice and the one time that I didn't have anything to ask the interviewer was clearly annoyed. You won't feel good when you leave the interview. It's supposed to be tough and it's supposed to make you squirm. Doesn't mean you won't get an offer (I did).
