The interview was rather informal. It was essentially a discussion on what actions one would take under abnormal, ambiguous circumstances. One discussion would lead to another question to drive another discussion. It lasted about an hour.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you figured out what to do when an unknown/undiagnosed issue surfaced that no one knew about? How did you find it? What experiences did you apply to fix it? What actions did you put in place to make sure it does not happen again?
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Interview
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
