Basic questions about HR concepts relating to the fields of Industrial Relations, Organization Behaviour and Labour Laws. The interview was very relaxed and informal with focus on measuring your aptitude through Behavioural Questions.
Interview process was easy, asked basic interview questions. I had three separate interviews and was all the same questions. A lot of the questions were tell about a time questions.
Competency based questions also focused on the Amazon leadership principles, there are 2 interviewers one after the other to evaluate the candidate. The interview is really competency based and related to real work situations

I received an email a week before the interview. You have to really for the interview, do a lot of research and have examples. They asked behavioural questions about the Amazon principles and expected detailed answers.
