You have to study some materials about their leadership qualities. You will take some tests to check your skills in mathematics and interpersonal skills. On the day of the interview, you will meet with two different people; your first and second interviewer.

Tell us about a time when you managed to receive feedback at work and how did you handle it.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
