Very intensive, but you can see why when you get there. So many talented people with one goal, to deliver as a team. There are 5/7 rounds of interviews depending on availability and my understanding is you get voted in or out depending on how many candidates there are.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (São Paulo, São Paulo)
Interview
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.
