Be very familiar with Amazon's Leadership Principles! If you do not embody them, then do not bother applying. Online assessments - be able to analyze data (sales charts, etc) to recognize trends. The interview was your standard behavioral question with the added twist of LPs.

Quite easy and straightforward - got fast tracked through MLT but still did all rounds. Process was very clear from start to finish. Got an offer and they were quite firm about salary.
