It was a two-step interview process. Firstly, I had a brief meeting with the recruiter, and then I was given a two-hour technical test to verify my level of English. They treated me well throughout the process, and when I received the results, they offered me the position to start immediately.

They asked me general questions, such as my education background.
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.

fairly easy. phone then hiring manager. took a few weeks to hear back and didn’t get the job unfortunately. i will keep trying! amazon is a great company and i think i just need a bit more experience.
