Interview
After the screening process, they invite you to the video interviews. There are two interviews, one with the senior and the other if the area managers. They interview separately at different time intervals. you have 45 minutes for each interview. They ask you a variety of questions and you have to respond, using the STAR method. After five days, they will send you the outcome of the result.

1. explain about yourself 2. what do you do if, in the first five days of starting work, you see the senior manager violets the policies of the company?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
