I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Amazon (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2021
Interview
2 interviews with two different panelists, pretty straightforward with an emphasis on your conflict resolution skills as well as your problem solving skills. The biggest idea is to align your answers and your skills with the amazon leadership principles and try to incorporate 2-3 of those principles in each of your answers.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
