Interview
Interview process is usually with 3-4 interviewers. 2 at a level above the position you are interviewing, a site lead of an Amazon facility and an HR or Support partner. The interviews are each 45 minutes where an interviewer asks questions to examine if you exhibit the Leadership Principles of Amazon and ask follow up questions to learn more about your answer. Questions should be answered in the STAR method to describe Situation, Task, Action and Result with metrics to support the impact of your actions/resolution.
