Job Simulation: For 25 minutes you will work through an engaging simulation with example situations from across Amazon to demonstrate core skills and abilities related to the role for which you applied.
After the online personality test (assessment), the process was rather easy consisting of one behavioral interview where the interviewer asked me questions about my experience and how I connect them to Amazons leadership principles. In the technical part, I was given a brief business case and asked to solve and present, was rather easy and time was enough. I was hired afterwards.
