I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2012
Interview
Campus Hire. Interview pod with 2 managers. One covered analytical math problem and case study, the other did the behavioral questions. Interview was casual, with interviews in T shirts and sneakers.

Question 1
The company you work for has a strict attendance policy. You have an associate that carpools with another associate in a different department. The 2 associate are late constantly. You manage one of the associates who tells you his carpool mate has not been reprimanded for coming to work late, though your associate has received feedback for it. What do you do?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Question 1
Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
