Expect to get grilled. Asked 5 behavioral questions with follow-up to each question. 2 back to back interviews atleast 45 minutes long with 15 minute break in between. It was very thought-inducing

Question 1
Describe me a time where you had a disagreement for a project? (Use STARS method)
I applied in January 2026 for the Program Manager Internship, Amazon Japan / Amazon Logistics.
I received an interview invitation in April and completed two 1:1 Zoom interviews in English on April 22, 2026.
The process was highly focused on Amazon Leadership Principles and STAR-style behavioral examples.
There was also an interview prep session, which was helpful for understanding the expected structure.

Questions about a personal business experience, including customer trust and business model.
Tell me about a time you had to dive deep into something complex.
Quite easy and straightforward - got fast tracked through MLT but still did all rounds. Process was very clear from start to finish. Got an offer and they were quite firm about salary.
