I recently had a 1 hour and 30-minute interview with three different recruitment personnel from Amazon. The interview was structured around Amazon's Leadership Principles, and each interviewer focused on assessing how I embodied these principles in past roles. In preparation for the interview, I carefully reviewed Amazon's Leadership Principles and identified key examples from my experience that demonstrated how I’ve applied these principles in practice. To ensure my answers were well-structured and impactful, I used the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to guide my responses. This approach allowed me to clearly communicate the context, my responsibilities, the actions I took, and the outcomes achieved in each situation.
