Amazon was recruiting at my university's campus careers fair where I then decided to apply online. I was contacted a few weeks later offering to fly me out to the next interview location. The interview consisted of a work flow problem, case question, and interview with current area manager. I received an offer two days later.

Why Amazon?
Describe a time when you could not meet a deadline? How would you improve next time?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
