Interview
Erstes Telefoninterview, anschließend umgehend die Einladung zum Assessmentcenter. Absolut Bewerber-freundlich und sehr schnell. Sehr nette Atmosphäre.
Am Ende wurde sich noch die Zeit für eine Besichtigung des Werkes (auf Anfrage der Bewerber) genommen. Dies ist kein Standard, aber dem wurde gerne nachgekommen.
Am Auswahltag gab es zuerst eine Gruppendiskussion, anschließend Einzelgespräche und Rollenspiele. Bspw. wie Feedback an Mitarbeiter gegeben wird, wie die Logistikprozesse aufgebaut sind etc.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
