Contacted by HM at LinkedIn. HM introduced to recruiter. Then HR Screen was scheduled by recruiter. Then, had a technical screen by hiring manager and then half day of virtual interviews.

Applied through a referral and the interview was set up within a week. The first phone screen was straightforward and went as expected. The second phone screen was haphazard - it appears that the recruiter changed roles and the person that showed up was different and seemed to be surprised that they were recruiting for the role I was being interviewed for!
